Meet Our Staff

 

We understand that it takes everyone working together in unity to have a healthy, growing church.  We also recognize that there are numerous volunteers that are instrumental to the various ministries of this church. The contribution of each volunteer is highly valued.

Here you will find a picture and brief introduction of our salaried pastoral staff.  Maybe you will learn something new about them. 

Senior Pastor: Jim Hall   Jim was born in Paducah, Kentucky in 1961.  His family moved to Brownsville, Oregon when Jim was in the fifth grade.  Jim lived in Brownsville until shortly after his graduation from Central Linn High School in 1979.  Jim was married to Elaine in February of 1982.  In the summer of 1984, Jim graduated with a B.S. in Elementary Education from Oregon State University in Corvallis.  After graduation, Jim accepted a teaching position at Taft Elementary and Middle School in Lincoln City, Oregon.  The Hall family lived in Lincoln City for eleven years and grew with the births of daughters Denise and Erin and son, Kyle.  Jim and Elaine were engaged as volunteer youth leaders at Faith Baptist Church during their time in Lincoln City.  In September of 1995 the Halls moved to Philomath, Oregon where Jim accepted another sixth grade teaching assignment.  Jim answered the call to full time ministry in October of 1999 and ,together, with a base of fourteen committed people established Living Faith Community Church.  Pastor Jim's responsibilities include teaching, counseling, leadership, and administration.  Jim's hobbies include reading, writing, fishing, and hunting.

  Associate Pastor Of Youth And Family Ministries:  Aaron Rutledge   Aaron was born in Medford, Oregon in 1975.  He grew up in Klamath Falls, Oregon where he accepted Christ on May 11th, 1992.  Aaron graduated from Henley High School in 1994 and shortly after was married to his wife Krystal.  They moved to Salem and attended Western Baptist College.  Aaron graduated in 1997 with a B.S. in Youth Ministry.  In 1998, Aaron and Krystal moved to Philomath.  Aaron and Krystal are blessed with two children; Abby- 4 years old, and Jacob- 2 years old.  Aaron was hired on by LFCC in 2001 and has been in the associate pastor role ever since.  Aaron currently works with middle school and high school youth, short term missions, and oversees the Children's ministry at LFCC.  Aaron's hobbies include: FISHING!
